Clearpool and Chintai partner to bring Real-World Asset (RWA) lending on-chain, enabling tokenized assets as collateral for DeFi borrowing.

Clearpool, a decentralized finance (DeFi) lending protocol, has announced a strategic partnership with Chintai Nexus (Chintai), an institutional-grade tokenization platform, to enhance lending opportunities for Real-World Assets (RWAs). The collaboration will allow tokenized assets issued via Chintai to be used as collateral on Clearpool’s decentralized lending infrastructure, creating new avenues for compliant, on-chain RWA lending solutions.
The partnership between Clearpool and Chintai aims to integrate billions of dollars in tokenized assets into the DeFi ecosystem. Chintai’s institutional-grade tokenization technology will seamlessly connect with Clearpool’s liquidity pool infrastructure, which has already facilitated over $660 million in loans.
By bridging traditional finance (TradFi) and DeFi, the collaboration offers investors new liquidity options, allowing them to borrow against tokenized real-world assets efficiently and securely.
