Our Crypto Talk is committed to accuracy in all of its reporting. When we make mistakes, we correct them promptly and transparently. This Corrections Policy explains how we handle errors in our published content.

Our Commitment

We take factual accuracy seriously. Cryptocurrency markets move fast, and we publish multiple articles daily. Despite our editorial review process, errors can occur. When they do, we believe our readers deserve a clear and honest correction rather than a silent edit.

Types of Corrections

Minor Corrections

Typographical errors, grammatical mistakes, and minor formatting issues are corrected directly in the article without a formal correction notice. These changes do not affect the substance or meaning of the reporting.

Factual Corrections

When we identify a factual error that affects the substance of an article, such as incorrect figures, misattributed quotes, wrong dates, or inaccurate claims, we correct the error in the article and add a visible correction notice at the top or bottom of the article. The notice states what was incorrect and what the accurate information is. The article's dateModified timestamp is updated to reflect the correction.

Retractions

In the rare event that an article's central premise is found to be fundamentally inaccurate or based on false information, we will add a prominent retraction notice to the article explaining why the article has been retracted and what information was found to be inaccurate. The article will remain published with the retraction notice rather than being silently deleted.

How to Report an Error

If you believe you have found an error in any of our published content, we encourage you to contact us. Please include the article URL, a description of the error, and any supporting evidence or sources. You can reach us at contact@ourcryptotalk.com.

We review all correction requests and respond as promptly as possible. If the reported error is confirmed, we will issue a correction following the process described above.

Timeliness

We aim to investigate and resolve reported errors within 24 hours of receiving a correction request. For complex matters that require additional verification, we may take longer, but we will acknowledge receipt of the request promptly.
