@solana @Bullish tokenized equity with 24/7 USD stablecoin settlement is the part people will remember. the harder question is secondary liquidity, since instant settlement means less when the order book stays thin.

@solana @Bullish 24/7 instant settlement is the part everyone cheers and the one that quietly breaks netting. T+1 exists so only a sliver of cash moves. Settle every trade live and both sides need pre-funded stablecoin at 3am, no bank to extend intraday credit. Fast to trade, brutal on treasury.

@solana @Bullish the quiet flex is 24/7 near-instant settlement for tokenized equities on Solana. most chains still can’t ship the boring rails that actually matter while everyone’s busy writing RWA decks.

High attention and emotional sentiment detected.
Bullish says this is the first issuer-sponsored tokenized equity to trade on a Gibraltar Financial Services Commission-regulated digital asset exchange. The tokens live on Solana at a single official mint. So the milestone is narrow, but the plumbing behind it is not.
On August 12, institutional participants executed the inaugural trades. According to Bullish, the buyers and sellers included Qube Research and Technologies, Annamite, Fasanara Digital, and Star Beta Technologies. Wintermute provided liquidity for the launch.
Each trade settled against a USD stablecoin. Because settlement happens on-chain, the exchange can offer 24/7 trading rather than the traditional weekday session. Bullish described the settlement as near-instant.
Still, the company released no figures for trade volume, the number of shares involved, or exact settlement times. So the scale of this first session remains unclear. The named institutions and the liquidity provider are the only participants Bullish has confirmed.
The Bullish tokenized equity is not a wrapper or a synthetic. Instead, each token is the actual share, recorded at the registry level through transfer agent Equiniti. So holders get direct ownership and the same legal and economic rights as conventional BLSH shares.
To hold the token, a shareholder moves shares into direct registration with Equiniti and completes KYC. After that, the holder whitelists a Solana wallet and withdraws the tokens. The smart contract only allows transfers between whitelisted wallets, so non-compliant addresses cannot receive them.
The official mint address is 6d5zakCaxjjRALNRyudC6ArivxeBGT3XUAci7ybWQY8U. Bullish warns that tokens from any other address are fraudulent. Anyone can verify the mint on Solscan.
For now, transfers stay bilateral between whitelisted holders. Bullish has not enabled AMM or DEX trading of the official token. As a result, the August 12 trades ran on the Bullish Exchange order book, not on a public Solana market.
Key milestones in Bullish’s path to tokenized equity trading
Bullish emerges from the Block.one and EOS ecosystem as an institution-focused digital asset platform.
Bullish begins operating under a Gibraltar DLT licence, establishing its regulated exchange foundation.
Bullish becomes a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker BLSH.
Bullish tokenizes its full equity cap table on Solana, with Equiniti maintaining the official share registry.
Bullish receives regulatory approval in Gibraltar to offer trading in tokenized securities.
Tokenized BLSH shares begin trading on Bullish Exchange with stablecoin settlement and 24/7 trading capability.
Bullish and Solana publicly amplify the tokenized equity trading launch.
The next question is whether Bullish expands investor access and adds more tokenized equities beyond BLSH.
Bullish scopes its claim tightly. It says this is the first issuer-sponsored, registry-level tokenized equity to trade on a GFSC-regulated digital asset exchange. That framing matters, because earlier tokenized-stock efforts took different forms.
Ondo and Backed, through its xStocks brand, offer wrappers and synthetics aimed at non-US investors. Securitize has issued native tokenized public shares, including Exodus and its own SECZ, and enabled some on-chain trading through its ATS. Galaxy and Superstate have tokenized SEC-registered shares as well.
Meanwhile, NYSE, Nasdaq, ICE, and DTCC have announced or advanced their own tokenized-equity platforms. Some remain pending or use different structures. So Bullish is one of several players, not a lone pioneer, and the differentiator it emphasizes is the full stack.
How Bullish BLSH compares with earlier tokenized-equity models
Bullish is assembling three pieces at once. It runs the regulated exchange, owns the tokenization technology, and is buying the transfer agent. That combination is what CEO Tom Farley leaned on in the launch statement.
“Bullish is assembling the full complement of services required to tokenize equities: the regulated exchange, the tokenization technology, and the transfer agent. We’re starting with our own stock,” Farley said. He added that tokenization is the next defining shift after markets went electronic a generation ago.
The transfer-agent piece is still pending. Bullish announced a $4.2 billion deal to acquire Equiniti in May 2026, with a targeted close in January 2027. Until third-party issuers list, the venue mostly trades its own stock, which some analysts flag as self-referential for now.
BLSH trades on the New York Stock Exchange, where Bullish listed in August 2025. The stock closed on August 12, 2026 at about $24.63, up roughly 0.45% on the day. Volume ran near 1.3 million shares. Some sources showed higher levels near $28 into August 13.
No clear volume spike was tied to the tokenization news beyond normal trading. The 52-week range runs roughly from $20.55 to $118, and the market cap sits around $3.7 billion. On-exchange volume for the tokenized shares themselves was not disclosed.
On X, Solana and crypto accounts framed the launch as a milestone for real-world equities on regulated rails. The official Solana account amplified the news, driving tens of thousands of views. This article is not financial advice, and readers should do their own research before acting on any of it.
The near-term questions are practical. It remains unconfirmed whether retail investors beyond eligible, whitelisted participants can trade the token today, or only institutions. Bullish frames current access around eligible non-US investors.
Broader secondary trading is the bigger unknown. Bullish says it is engaging regulators on AMM and DEX access, but permissioned transfers limit liquidity for now. The Equiniti close, third-party issuers, and an independent audit of backing are the tests ahead. Together they will decide whether Bullish tokenized equity grows into a real market or stays a proof of concept.
