November 17, 2025 – Titan Layer Testnet Launch is now live, with Titan Layer opening its public testnet and introducing the industry’s first Proof-of-Reputation (PoR) protocol aimed at strengthening trust and credibility across Web3. Titan Layer positions itself as the missing layer of trust for blockchain, arguing that Web3 has long lacked a verifiable credibility framework.
At the core of the Titan Layer Testnet Launch is the Proof-of-Reputation protocol, a consensus model where participants secure the network based on authentic contributions rather than hardware (PoW) or capital (PoS). Titan Layer argues that reputation is the natural evolution of blockchain consensus, creating an environment where actions, participation, and authenticity determine influence.
This contrasts with existing consensus models by incentivizing real user value, not extractive behaviors. Reputation becomes a verifiable on-chain asset, forming the backbone of identity, governance, collaboration, and ecosystem integrity.
Users participating in the Titan Layer Testnet Launch can earn Titan Points by dropping Ethereum addresses in the announcement thread and completing activities. Titan Points function as a reputation metric and will be used to determine participants’ qualifications.
The testnet features onboarding quests, early modules, and upcoming validator-related interactions. The official portal at titanlayernet.xyz enables users to begin testing immediately. Promotional visuals emphasize Titan Layer’s message: “Proof isn’t optional. It’s everything.”
The announcement generated high engagement within hours. Many users tagged friends to join early, highlighting strong interest in the PoR-driven airdrop model.
Community reactions reflect enthusiasm for Titan Layer’s trust-first vision. For a Web3 ecosystem increasingly focused on credibility and verified identity especially in AI, DeFi, and social protocols the Titan Layer Testnet Launch arrives at a timely moment.
Unlike testnets focused on performance, stablecoins, or interoperability, the Titan Layer Testnet Launch revolves around credibility. The Proof-of-Reputation layer attempts to solve one of Web3’s most persistent issues: the absence of a verifiable, cross-chain trust metric.
The project’s roadmap includes collaborations, validator systems, and ecosystem modules to scale PoR into a multi-layer trust architecture. If successful, Titan Layer could become foundational infrastructure for identity, governance, agentic AI, and decentralized coordination.
