The mobile app launch follows Propbase’s rapid growth in tokenized real estate, particularly across Southeast Asia and Thailand. Since inception, the team has focused on bringing compliant, fractional property ownership on-chain, backed by experience in both blockchain and real estate development.
This move fits into a longer industry trend. Platforms such as RealT and Lofty introduced mobile-friendly real estate investing between 2020 and 2022. More recently, projects like Prypco demonstrated how mobile apps can drive rapid sellouts and global participation. These developments built on early experiments, including the 2018 tokenization of high-value properties in New York and Aspen, which proved blockchain’s ability to unlock liquidity from illiquid assets.
Historically, similar launches triggered strong market engagement. For example, Prypco’s 2025 Dubai villa sale sold out in minutes, while institutional-grade deals in Europe increased confidence and trading volumes.

The Propbase mobile app launches, enabling on-the-go access to tokenized real estate.
With the mobile app, Propbase brings its Nexus platform directly to handheld devices. Users can browse live and upcoming property offerings, invest in branded real estate, and receive rental yields in USDC through on-chain distributions. In addition, real-time analytics allow investors to monitor performance, income, and holdings transparently.
The app runs on Aptos, which supports fast settlement and secure execution. Furthermore, upcoming features from the 2026 roadmap include automated reinvestment of rental income and limit order functionality, which aim to improve capital efficiency for users.
From a compliance perspective, Propbase integrates KYC and legal DAO LLC structures to ensure recognized ownership rights. At the same time, the referral program launched in December 2025 incentivizes growth by rewarding users with PROPS tokens for onboarding new participants. Early feedback highlights the app’s intuitive design, especially for users unfamiliar with on-chain mechanics.
Relative positioning after the mobile app launch
The mobile launch positions Propbase to accelerate adoption of tokenized real estate, particularly in emerging markets where mobile finance dominates. In Thailand, for instance, government-supported initiatives are increasingly integrating crypto into tourism and payments, creating a favorable environment for blockchain-based property investing.
Over time, this accessibility could enhance liquidity across the $280 trillion global real estate market. Looking ahead, Propbase’s roadmap includes omnichain expansion through LayerZero and the introduction of Propbase Lend, which would allow users to borrow against tokenized property holdings. As tokenized real estate continues to scale, forecasts suggest the sector could reach several trillion dollars by the end of the decade.
