Ozean has launched Droplets, a points-based rewards system aimed at incentivizing early participation in the on-chain real-world asset (RWA) economy. The initiative offers users multiple ways to earn points, which will later convert to $CPOOL tokens.
Droplets provide a mechanism for users to engage with Ozean’s ecosystem, earn future rewards, and gain influence in governance. The program aligns with Ozean’s broader goal of integrating RWAs into decentralized finance (DeFi).
The Ozean Pre-Deposit Campaign on Ethereum is the first way to accumulate Droplets. Participants earn points by depositing assets before Ozean’s mainnet launch, helping bootstrap liquidity. Eligible deposit assets include stablecoins like USDX, USDC, and USDT, as well as crypto assets like wBTC, wstETH, and WETH.
Users who bridge their pre-deposit assets to Ozean’s mainnet after launch will receive additional Droplet multipliers and future incentives. The rewards grow linearly over time, ensuring that early supporters benefit the most.
Ozean has also partnered with Solv, offering 3x Droplet incentives for users depositing SolvBTC. More partnerships and rewards are expected to be announced.
Ozean has introduced a referral system that rewards both referrers and new users. Each participant will receive a referral code, which can be shared to earn bonus Droplets.
This system encourages broader engagement, expanding Ozean’s network effect while rewarding early adopters.
Droplets will play a key role in Ozean’s long-term ecosystem, offering more than just a temporary rewards system. Holders will benefit in several ways:
Ozean sees on-chain RWAs as the foundation of the next phase of DeFi. The Droplets initiative is designed to encourage participation in this transition, rewarding those who support early infrastructure growth.

With Ozean Droplets, early contributors can position themselves at the forefront of the tokenized finance movement, benefiting as the ecosystem scales. The Pre-Deposit Campaign launch details are expected soon, providing users an opportunity to maximize rewards ahead of the mainnet release.
