@Securitize @solana Adding Arista, ExxonMobil, Salesforce and Disney as 13 tokenized stocks on Solana is a strong expansion. With each token backed 1:1 by a real share and dividends passed through, do onchain stocks feel like real stocks?

@Securitize @solana The pass-through is the part that matters, and it inherits the issuer's calendar: a quarterly dividend stays quarterly once it is onchain. Settlement gets faster, the cadence does not. Worth knowing before comparing distribution schedules across tokenized assets.

High attention and emotional sentiment detected.
The firm posted the news on November 2 through its official account on X. CEO Carlos Domingo confirmed the count shortly after. As a result, big-cap tickers like Disney, Exxon, and Uber now trade as on-chain tokens.
The 13 new names span tech, energy, defense, and consumer brands. They include Arista Networks, Exxon Mobil, Flex, GameStop, and Johnson & Johnson. Also on the list are Lockheed Martin, Lumentum, Merck, Salesforce, Seagate, Texas Instruments, Disney, and Uber.
These join the first 12 names, which launched on October 8. That original batch covered Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Tesla, and other megacaps. So the platform now offers 25 Securitize Stocks in total.
Domingo framed the rollout as deliberate and measured. “We walk before we run so we are incrementally adding names and scaling our trading infrastructure,” he wrote on X. He also noted the product faces U.S. pricing obligations because this is regulated trading.
Each token is a Convertible Entitlement Token, or CET. In short, it represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8. That is the same legal claim you hold when a broker keeps your shares in street name.
Behind every token sits one real share in custody. Securitize holds that share one-to-one and does not lend it out. Therefore holders keep the economic link to the underlying stock.
Dividends also pass through to token holders. Voting rights apply too, where the share class carries them. For that reason, the model differs sharply from offshore synthetics that only track a price.
Securitize Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member, issues and offers the tokens. The same firm acts as the transfer agent. According to the company, that structure keeps the product inside U.S. investor-protection rules.
The tokens live on Solana mainnet and settle in USDC. Trading runs on Securitize’s PropAMM, with Jump Trading acting as the market maker. For now, the venue runs extended hours, and the team plans 24/7 trading next.
Access is not open to everyone, however. Buyers must clear KYC and AML onboarding first. After that, eligible investors in the U.S., the EU, and other permitted regions can trade.
The live catalog at stocks.securitize.io already shows the new names with prices and volumes. Still, full on-chain details remain thin. Product pages list only partial mint addresses for now, such as the one shown for Arista Networks. For deeper data, holders can also check each token on Solana explorers.
Securitize tokenized equities on Solana: 25 total, including 13 new listings
The supplied research does not include verified full mint addresses.
Tokenized equities have grown fast this year. Estimates range from about $3.2 billion to $3.8 billion, depending on the tracker and method. Bitquery pegged the market near $3.2 billion at the end of October.
Rivals include Backed’s xStocks, Ondo, Robinhood’s EU tokens, and exchange products from Kraken and Bybit. Many of those run as synthetic, price-tracking assets. Securitize instead leans on real-share backing and a U.S. broker-dealer license.
Solana itself anchors a growing share of this activity. According to DefiLlama, Solana RWA active assets sat near $2.35 billion on November 2. Meanwhile SOL traded around $94 that day, roughly flat as the broader market cooled.
The firm brings heavy institutional weight to the effort. Securitize already runs BlackRock’s BUIDL fund and manages more than $4 billion in assets. Moreover, it listed on the NYSE as SECZ in July.
From BlackRock BUIDL to Securitize Stocks on Solana
BlackRock launches its tokenized institutional liquidity fund with Securitize, bringing the fund onchain.
Securitize introduces its first batch of 12 tokenized stocks on Solana.
Securitize confirms that the original 12 tokenized stocks are live on Solana.
Securitize adds 13 stocks, including ExxonMobil, Disney, Salesforce and Arista Networks, bringing its Solana lineup to 25.
Securitize plans further stock additions. Potential DeFi integrations remain pending, with no confirmed launch dates.
The structure still carries clear limits, however. An entitlement is not registered ownership until a holder converts it. Yet conversion is not automatic, and it depends on each issuer.
Liquidity is another open question. Secondary trading depth beyond the PropAMM remains unproven. For example, promised DeFi uses, like Aave collateral, are still listed as coming soon.
Critics also note that the named companies have not endorsed these products. So far, no issuer objection has surfaced for this batch either. Buyers also take on the usual market swings of each underlying stock. None of this is financial advice, and tokenized stocks carry both market and structural risk.
Securitize signaled it will keep adding names at a steady pace. Next on the roadmap sit round-the-clock trading and deeper DeFi integrations. A planned NYSE-linked venue could widen access further.
For now, the jump from 12 to 25 tokenized stocks on Solana marks a clear step for regulated on-chain equities. Readers can track the live lineup and volumes directly on the Securitize Stocks page. The next test is whether trading depth catches up with the growing list.
