@hyrotrader_com 18 months of building for this. That's not a launch. That's a statement. More ways to get funded. More ways to trade. More transparency. The transparency part is what most prop firms avoid. HyroTrader is leaning into it.

@hyrotrader_com Honestly, not having to worry about a trailing drawdown makes the whole thing feel a lot simpler. The on-chain payout verification is pretty cool too.

Founder Samuel Drnda announced the HyroTrader relaunch on 5 October in a 9-minute video. The post went live at 12:29 UTC. In it, he said evaluation challenges had drifted “closer to gambling,” so the firm rebuilt its infrastructure.
The relaunch is a product rebuild, not a new firm. Drnda founded the company in 2020 and pivoted to evaluation challenges in 2023.
According to the firm, the team spent 18 months mostly off major marketing. Instead, it focused on a faster dashboard and new trading tools.
A prop firm sells a simulated or exchange-linked account. The trader pays a fee and must hit a profit target. If the trader stays inside the loss limit, the firm then shares the profits.
The headline feature is a zero-step challenge. According to the HyroTrader site, it is a one-day evaluation.
The rules stay strict. The site lists a 10% profit target, a 5% max loss, and a 3% daily loss. The fee is non-refundable.
The profit split on the zero-step stays at 80%. One-step and two-step accounts still scale from 80% to 90%, according to HyroTrader.
Drnda also replaced trailing drawdown with swing, or static, drawdown. So the loss floor no longer rises with equity. He said this applies to every challenge, including active accounts.
HyroTrader also built its own terminal. It runs on TradingView charts and lists more than 700 crypto pairs.
The terminal offers market and limit orders and leverage up to 100x. Notably, a trader can start a challenge without linking a Bybit demo account.
In addition, the firm added BloFin as a second exchange. The site says BloFin supports 80-plus USDT-M pairs and up to 150x on Bitcoin and Ether.
Traders still create their own BloFin demo and API keys, the same pattern as Bybit. Drnda said more exchanges could follow in coming months.
The relaunch also leans into AI. In account settings, a trader creates a token and connects Claude Code or Codex.
The agent can then read balance and drawdown or place orders. Drnda demoed a scalping bot opening a trade on a connected challenge.
Still, this is only an API hook to those coding agents. It is not a hosted strategy marketplace.
HyroTrader also showed a payout dashboard with Solana transaction IDs. The video frame listed $8,768,978 paid in total.
It also showed $439,542 paid in the last 30 days. The average processing time read 10 hours 41 minutes.
According to Drnda, on-chain Solana payouts began in April 2026 and passed $1 million. He said the firm approved 99.6% of requests.
The dashboard is not a full ledger, however. Traders can take TRC20 instead, or hide their name and transaction ID.
Finally, Drnda announced a loyalty giveaway of “over $100 million” in complimentary challenge accounts. Past buyers can claim one 48 hours after launch, limited to a single payout.
Key milestones in HyroTrader’s Evolution
Samuel Drnda founds HyroTrade in Prague after working at a local prop desk and finding no FTMO-style firm for crypto. Company later marks this as the project’s start, not the funded-account business.
Product launches as a CFD-style crypto platform, attracting ~3,000 customers. Drnda is 24 and has already exited an AI startup.
Drnda becomes CEO and pivots to an evaluation-based model. Accounts connect to real exchanges — first Bybit and CLEO — instead of a pure in-house simulator.
HyroTrader starts paying traders on Solana, later claiming $1M+ sent that way. Traders preferring privacy can still opt for TRC20 payouts.
Minimum trading days reduced to five on one-step and ten on two-step. Funded split starts at 80% and scales up to 90%.
Firm announces Hyro Protocol — a separate Solana plan for on-chain challenges and direct vaults. Not part of the October product relaunch.
HyroTrader reports $11.15M in sponsored challenge accounts distributed to 1,020 traders from 8,810 applications. No purchase required; applications set to close October 2.
Sponsored-account applications shut. Three days later the firm points existing buyers toward a different giveaway.
Relaunch video drops after 18 months of rebuilding. Adds one-day zero-step, static drawdown, in-house terminal, BloFin, Claude Code and Codex hooks, payout dashboard, and complimentary challenges valued at $100M+.
HyroTrader lists two legal entities on its homepage. HYRO TECHNOLOGIES FZ-LLC in Ras Al Khaimah operates the site. HYROTRADER TECHNOLOGIES LTD in the British Virgin Islands handles funded accounts.
The firm has also moved quickly this year. In June, it cut minimum trading days and raised the profit split toward 90%.
In July, it announced Hyro Protocol, an on-chain settlement layer on Solana. Whether it forms part of this relaunch remains unclear.
Then in September, HyroTrader gave away $11.15 million in challenge accounts to 1,020 traders. That sponsored program closed on 2 October, three days before the relaunch.
For now, the HyroTrader relaunch is live, and the zero-step challenge sits on the site. The real test is whether these features hold in live trading.
One trader, @FavourAde_, made that point directly. He wrote that 18 months is a long cycle, and that static drawdown only matters if it holds.
Traders can check the rules on the HyroTrader site before paying any fee. Remember that fees are non-refundable and that accounts are simulated.
