30th July 2026- Hinkal Protocol has launched Hinkal MCP, an integration that lets users send private on-chain payments from AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and custom MCP hosts.
Users can pay any standard wallet address without creating a visible on-chain link between the recipient and the funding wallet. Recipients receive the full amount without extra setup.
The integration uses the Model Context Protocol to connect AI assistants with external tools. Through natural-language commands, users can deposit, send, withdraw, and transfer funds.

Hinkal announced Hinkal MCP on July 29, 2026. The product allows AI agents to execute confidential stablecoin payments across supported chains while hiding the sender’s identity, balance, and connection to the recipient.
Hinkal routes funds through its shielded infrastructure. Therefore, block explorers show the Hinkal contract and relayer instead of the funding wallet.
This structure addresses a practical problem for crypto teams. Companies often pay contractors, agencies, contributors, and KOLs from one wallet. Those transactions can reveal budgets, rates, vendor relationships, treasury balances, and runway.
Users install the @hinkal/mcp package and connect it to a compatible MCP client. The server creates a dedicated wallet, although users can import an existing seed phrase.
After funding the wallet with a supported token and native gas, users can give the AI assistant plain-language payment instructions.
The server includes private_send, deposit, withdraw, and private_transfer. It handles cryptographic proofs, relaying, and settlement. Recipients receive funds at ordinary wallet addresses without extra steps.
However, users must secure credentials, verify addresses, and prevent unauthorized actions.

Therefore, the system aims to combine commercial privacy with compliance controls. Still, privacy does not guarantee complete anonymity because endpoint security, operational records, and legal obligations can expose information.
Hinkal targets small teams, developers, and hot-wallet workflows. Larger organizations may prefer Hinkal Prime or Pay for stronger treasury controls.
For smaller teams, the integration reduces manual wallet work. AI agents could process contractor payments, contributor rewards, grants, and vendor transfers inside coding environments.
More broadly, Hinkal MCP shows how AI agents may manage programmable money, not just prepare transactions. However, this capability also increases risk. A compromised session, malicious prompt, exposed seed phrase, or incorrect address could cause irreversible losses.
Adoption will depend on security reviews, spending limits, human approvals, wallet segregation, chain support, and clear limits on agent authority. If Hinkal proves reliable, private payments could become a standard function inside crypto-native AI workflows.
