Hash AI has officially launched construction of a large-scale cryptocurrency mining facility in the United Arab Emirates. The announcement, made on June 14 via their X account, highlights a $2 million investment into a fully-owned site by $HASHAI.
This facility spans 3 acres and is expected to host over 1,000 ASIC miners with a total power capacity of 3.5 megawatts. According to the project team, it could generate an additional $3 million in annual revenue.
The most unique aspect of this development is its real-world asset (RWA) strategy. Hash AI will make 4,000 RWA fractions from this facility available for public investment. This approach allows community members to invest in a physical mining site, starting at affordable amounts.
By tokenizing ownership, Hash AI aims to make crypto mining profits accessible to retail investors, offering transparency and potential passive income through fractionalized infrastructure.
Construction is already underway at the UAE site. Hash AI confirmed the new mining facility will become operational in July 2025. The company plans to release regular updates on progress, including infrastructure deployment and miner installation.
The facility represents a long-term commitment to growth. It is expected to increase operational scale and profitability significantly without diluting ownership, as the entire facility is owned by the $HASHAI ecosystem.
The UAE offers favorable conditions for crypto mining, including supportive regulation, stable infrastructure, and competitive energy costs. Hash AI’s entry into the region aligns with the country’s growing ambition to lead in digital assets.
Locating the Hash AI UAE mining facility here gives the project access to a pro-blockchain environment and further enhances its credibility among global investors.
The crypto community reacted positively to the news. Many investors highlighted the transparency of the announcement, which included full on-chain ownership and clear revenue projections.
By combining real-world mining with fractionalized investment and AI-driven optimization, Hash AI continues to innovate within the Web3 mining sector. The UAE mining facility could set a new standard for decentralized infrastructure projects in 2025.
