Blockchain analytics platform Bubblemaps has introduced its first native token, Bubblemaps Token (BMT), alongside its new investigative tool, The Intel Desk. The launch aims to enhance blockchain transparency by empowering community-driven investigations.
Bubblemaps, launched in 2021, visualizes blockchain wallets as interconnected bubbles, enabling users to identify potential risks such as concentrated token holdings. The platform has become an industry standard, used in notable investigations into projects like HAWK and SHIRO, exposing insider trading and potential scams.
With its V2 Beta release, Bubblemaps offers features such as time-travel analytics, cross-chain visualization, and profit-loss computation for wallets, making it a comprehensive tool for tokenomics research.
The Intel Desk, powered by the newly launched BMT token, allows users to submit, vote, and allocate resources for blockchain investigations. Cases are prioritized through a decentralized voting system, ensuring community involvement in identifying high-risk tokens.
“Any user can submit a case through Intel Desk,” the team stated, emphasizing its DAO-driven governance model.
Bubblemaps’ tools have previously exposed market manipulations, including cases involving celebrity-endorsed tokens and major projects like Uniswap. With BMT and , the platform seeks to further democratize blockchain analytics and protect investors from scams.
The launch signals Bubblemaps’ commitment to transparency and security in the growing Web3 space.
