High attention and emotional sentiment detected.
The DEX confirmed the listing at 08:19 UTC, one day after Binance launched the tokens on its own spot market. So traders can now swap five tokenized stocks directly from a self-custody wallet. PancakeSwap announced the move in a post on X.
bStocks are tokenized versions of real U.S. shares. Each one trades as a standard BEP-20 token on BNB Chain. As a result, they move onchain the same way any other token does.
The arrival of bStocks on PancakeSwap matters for one reason. Until now, the tokens lived only on Binance’s spot market. Now they trade on a public decentralized exchange too.
So a trader can swap a tokenized Tesla share at any hour, including weekends. Traditional markets close, but the onchain market does not. Binance framed the pitch simply: the stock market has an opening bell, and bStocks do not.
The onchain format also unlocks more than trading. Because the tokens are standard BEP-20 assets, holders can withdraw them to a personal wallet for self-custody. From there, they can use them across BNB Chain DeFi apps, such as lending markets. The Defiant described the launch as activating a tokenized-equity layer.
Each bStock is backed 1:1 by one real U.S. share. A regulated custodian holds that share, according to Binance’s announcement on June 11.
“Every bStock is fully backed by a US share held at a regulated custodian, verifiable at any time via the Proof of Collateral page,” Binance wrote. Users can check the reserves through that Proof of Collateral page.
On Binance, conversion runs both ways at a strict 1:1 ratio with zero fees. Transactions settle in under a second, so there is no T+1 wait. The issuer is BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate.
One caveat matters here. A bStock gives price exposure and dividends, but not legal ownership of the underlying share. Instead, the tokens are certificates that represent the share.
The first batch covers five well-known names. NVDAB tracks NVIDIA, while TSLAB tracks Tesla. CRCLB tracks Circle, MUB tracks Micron, and SNDKB tracks SanDisk.
Each token has a verified contract on BNB Chain. For example, NVDAB sits at 0x02fca6…a7436 and TSLAB at 0x5b1910…c292f, both viewable on BscScan. Wallets such as Trust Wallet have already added support.
Dividends get handled onchain through a “Multiplier” adjustment. In short, the system auto-reinvests net value on the ex-date, ahead of the traditional pay date. That value reflects roughly 30% U.S. withholding tax.
The full set spans chips, electric vehicles and crypto firms. As a result, the lineup blends three of the most-watched corners of the U.S. market. Circle, the issuer behind USDC, gives the batch a clear crypto-native anchor.

Access comes with a hard limit. bStocks are explicitly not available to U.S. persons or from within the United States.
Binance offers the tokens only to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions, and on a secondary-market basis. Users must warrant that they are not U.S. persons. The company can also restrict or suspend access for compliance reasons.
The regulatory wrapper sits in Abu Dhabi. BTech Holdings issued the tokens under a prospectus approved by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. Binance says they are the first tokenized securities admitted to the FSRA Official List.
The launch revives an old debate. Binance offered tokenized stock tokens once before, back in 2021, then dropped them within months under regulatory pressure.
This time the structure differs. Binance leans on the ADGM prospectus and a regulated custodian as the main contrast with that earlier effort. Still, some critics in the community remain cautious.
Their concerns are familiar. The specific custodian is not named in the high-level announcements, and minting still runs mainly through Binance. So skeptics argue the model stays centralized, even with self-custody on the wallet side.
On price, the reaction has been modest. BNB traded around the $595 to $610 range near launch, after a reported run earlier in June. CAKE, PancakeSwap’s token, showed no clear move tied to the integration in its first hours.
Key milestones in Binance-linked tokenized stocks
Binance enters tokenized equities with fractional stock tokens tied to major listed companies.
Binance winds down stock tokens after scrutiny from regulators in multiple jurisdictions.
New issuers and RWA platforms push tokenized stocks back into the onchain market narrative.
Five tokenized U.S. equities launch on BNB Chain through PancakeSwap trading pairs.
The roadmap points toward more stocks, broader RWA coverage and wider multichain access.
Liquidity is the number to watch. The bStocks pairs on PancakeSwap are only hours old, so depth and slippage will take time to settle.
Binance has also hinted at more assets, with promotions referencing names like SpaceX. For now, though, the lineup stays at the initial five.
The real test is whether onchain traders treat tokenized stocks as a serious venue. Watch the bStocks pairs on PancakeSwap for early volume and the Proof of Collateral page for reserve updates. None of this is financial advice, and tokenized assets carry custody, regulatory and smart contract risks.
