October 18, 2025 , In a decisive move toward mainnet, ANyONe Protocol, the DePIN-powered privacy network, has launched a community-driven bug bounty program to fortify its infrastructure before public rollout. With a $50,000 reward pool distributed across five security tracks, the initiative underscores ANyONe’s commitment to robust, transparent, and crowd-audited development.
The program invites global white-hat researchers to stress-test everything from the protocol’s core logic to its DePIN integration layers. Announced on X on October 17, the launch has drawn strong traction, signaling the project’s growing influence in the Web3 privacy ecosystem.
The bounty’s architecture spans five specialized categories:
Researchers can earn rewards from $500 to $15,000, depending on severity and reproducibility. To maintain alignment with its privacy-first ethos, ANyONe created a hidden service that enables confidential, anonymized submissions—a rare step in DeFi security programs.
“The bounty is more than a test—it’s a collaboration,” the team stated. “We’re inviting the community to make privacy infrastructure bulletproof.”
By opening its stack to public scrutiny, ANyONe joins a growing list of Web3 projects embracing crowdsourced cybersecurity. The initiative echoes Ethereum’s and Shardeum’s pre-mainnet testing strategies, where community-led audits prevented multimillion-dollar exploits before launch.
Security experts anticipate that ANyONe’s bounty could reveal 20–30 high-impact vulnerabilities, accelerating improvements in its zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) and DePIN node orchestration layers. Early testers describe the interface as “surprisingly smooth,” with several bug submissions already under review.
The timing is deliberate—staking activation is expected later this quarter, and the team views this phase as its “final checkpoint” before mainnet.
Beyond testing, the bounty doubles as an educational gateway for security researchers and developers eager to shape decentralized privacy. It rewards not just exploits, but also educational write-ups that explain underlying logic or best practices—strengthening the ecosystem’s collective intelligence.
As ANyONe moves closer to launch, its focus on DePIN-based privacy routing and AI-integrated encryption models could set new standards for anonymity networks in Web3. With over 72,000 community supporters and rising developer traction, the project’s next milestone could redefine how privacy protocols approach open-source accountability.
