Tim Kravchunovsky is the founder and CEO of Chirp Token, a decentralized wireless (DePIN) network for IoT infrastructure. With over 20 years of experience in network engineering—including roles at Comcast and the World Bank—he launched Chirp in 2021 to democratize telecom infrastructure using community-powered BlackBird gateways that support multiple IoT protocols.

Tim’s mission is to create global, decentralized connectivity that removes dependence on traditional telecom giants. He envisions Chirp enabling real-world applications like indoor tracking, smart cities, and asset monitoring—giving individuals the power to own and operate their own parts of the wireless network.
