Naveen Rao is the founder of the LAB crypto project, which focuses on building infrastructure at the intersection of artificial intelligence and blockchain. He launched LAB with the goal of enabling decentralized AI systems, where compute, data, and model execution can be coordinated on-chain to support scalable and trust-minimized intelligence networks. Rao has a strong background in AI and neuroscience, having previously founded Nervana Systems, an AI company acquired by Intel. Under his leadership, LAB is positioned around combining advanced machine learning with decentralized infrastructure, aiming to support use cases such as autonomous agents, distributed training, and verifiable AI execution in Web3 environments.
