Keone Hon is the founder and CEO of Monad Labs, the team building the high-performance, EVM-compatible Monad blockchain. Before entering crypto, he spent nearly a decade in high-frequency trading at Jump Trading, where he led teams focused on ultra-low-latency systems. His technical background—rooted in computer science, math, and finance from MIT—shaped his vision for creating a blockchain that brings TradFi-level efficiency to decentralized systems.

Under his leadership, Monad has grown into one of the most anticipated new Layer-1 networks, aiming to deliver high throughput and fast finality without compromising Ethereum compatibility.
