Bryan Pellegrino is the co-founder and CEO of LayerZero Labs, the team behind the ZRO token. Formerly a professional poker player, he transitioned to blockchain and co-created LayerZero in 2021 with the goal of enabling secure, decentralized cross-chain messaging. LayerZero quickly became a dominant force in crypto interoperability.

The ZRO token, launched under his leadership, serves as the governance and utility token for the LayerZero ecosystem. Pellegrino emphasized fair distribution, community access, and Sybil-resistance. Under his guidance, LayerZero attracted backing from top investors like a16z, Sequoia, and Binance Labs, and currently handles billions in cross-chain transfers monthly.
