Deca4’s public track record also leans heavily on Hedera. So an Avalanche tie is a new chain association for the consultancy.
The market took the news calmly. AVAX opened near $7.29 on Monday and traded roughly between $7.26 and $7.45.
By the close it sat around $7.38, up about 1.3% on the day. That looks like a quiet Monday bid, not a breakout on nation-state adoption.
Avalanche’s total value locked held near $1.21 billion, according to DefiLlama, and it actually slipped slightly. A permissioned identity vault would not move public DeFi metrics anyway.

The next real marker is a statement from TDRA or the Emirates News Agency. A government confirmation would settle the tense, the scope, and the fate of Quorum.
Contract addresses, a subnet ID, or a named validator set would confirm production. Until then, the honest framing is an integration in progress, led by a consultancy and announced by Avalanche.
For readers, the takeaway stays simple. The UAE PASS Avalanche effort looks real as an integration, yet the record does not yet support the “national ID on Avalanche” headline.
