16th September 2026- Ondo Finance said on Wednesday that its U.S. broker-dealer, Oasis Pro Markets, has joined DTCC Fund/SERV as a member. So the firm now sits on the rail that carries most American mutual fund orders.

@Ondo Good for the business. But still you leave us token holders in the dark. No roadmap for the token, rev share, buybacks or what so ever. We holders need clarity what the token is actually capturing.

@Ondo Proud $ONDO holder. Products are winning. Token still has no plan: no fee switch, no revenue share, no timeline. @Ondo @OndoFoundation @iandebode we don’t need slogans — just clarity on what ONDO captures, and some real engagement with holders.

@Ondo Just shut down your crypto business. You don't move when altcoins pump, and you stay flat even when major coins rally. Yet when bad news comes, you drop faster than low-cap altcoins and never recover. Stop causing losses for holders by issuing coins—aren't you ashamed?

High attention and emotional sentiment detected.
The move links tokenized funds to traditional fund distributors through one standardized connection. Ondo calls itself the first tokenization platform to join the system. Notably, DTCC backed the announcement with its own quote.
The member is Oasis Pro Markets, an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member. Ondo owns the entity outright, according to FINRA BrokerCheck.
This detail matters. Only a regulated distributor can join DTCC Fund/SERV. Ondo the protocol cannot.
So the licenses came first. Ondo completed its purchase of Oasis Pro in October 2025. Then Oasis Pro secured new FINRA authorizations in July 2026. Both steps set up this membership.
The entity carries CRD number 149420 and zero disclosures on record. It is also registered across 53 U.S. states and territories. De Bode became CEO after founder Nathan Allman died in May 2026.
DTCC’s NSCC subsidiary runs Fund/SERV, and it launched back in 1986. Fund companies and distributors plug into one pipe. So they avoid thousands of one-off bilateral links.
An order follows a simple path. First, a broker sends a buy or sell to the fund. Next, the fund confirms it at that day’s net asset value. Then cash settles through NSCC.
The scale is large. Ondo DTCC says more than 1,300 clients use Fund/SERV. It also says over 85% of mutual funds process trades through DTCC, as of the second quarter of 2026.
Tokenized funds have been easy to mint and hard to sell. Wealth platforms already speak Fund/SERV, not custom wallet screens.
So membership removes the fund-by-fund integration tax. A tokenized share class can now use the same confirmation, reconciliation, and tax machinery as any other fund.
“A key piece of infrastructure is now in place for tokenized funds to scale to mainstream adoption,” said Ian De Bode, Ondo’s acting CEO and president. He also called it a direct connection between tokenized funds and traditional distributors.
Still, the membership lists no Ondo product on any platform today. Instead, it opens the door for that step later.
DTCC lent its name to the release, so this reads as more than a routine sign-up. Talia Klein, its head of wealth and investment solutions, spoke on the record.
“Interoperability between traditional infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems will be critical to achieving scale,” Klein said. She framed Ondo’s entry as connecting fund innovation with trusted standards.
DTCC also lists tokenized funds as a supported product type on its Fund Solutions page. In short, Ondo is plugging a licensed distributor into an ambition DTCC already stated.
Ondo’s path from RWA products to DTCC Fund/SERV
Ondo expands its tokenized asset strategy through products such as OUSG and USDY.
Ondo announces its plan to acquire the regulated digital securities firm.
The deal adds a regulated broker-dealer, alternative trading system and transfer agent to Ondo’s infrastructure.
Oasis Pro Markets operates as an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member.
Oasis Pro receives authorization to offer tokenized equities and funds to U.S. investors.
The membership connects Ondo to established fund distribution, confirmation and settlement infrastructure.
Ondo must disclose the products, distribution partners and first transactions using the Fund/SERV rails.
Two headline claims deserve a closer look. Both come from Ondo and DTCC, not from an independent audit.
The “first tokenization platform” label is a company claim. DTCC repeated it and agreed to be quoted. Yet no public member roster proves that no rival joined earlier.
The 85% figure is also DTCC’s own marketing statistic. The wording shifts too. The release cites “85% of U.S. mutual fund transaction activity,” while the Fund Solutions page says “85% of mutual funds process trades using DTCC.” Those are close, but not identical.
The news did not lift the token. ONDO traded near $0.32 to $0.33 on Wednesday, down about 5% on the day, per CoinGecko.
It also fell by double digits on the week. Its market cap sat near $1.6 billion, well below the $2.14 all-time high from December 2024.
Products keep advancing, yet the token lags behind them. Some holders want a fee switch or a revenue share. So far, the company has not tied any DTCC Fund/SERV economics to ONDO.
None of this is financial advice. Token prices move on many factors beyond a single membership.
The announcement still leaves big gaps. For a start, Ondo gave no go-live date for the first tickets.
It also did not say which products become eligible. OUSG, a new registered fund, or tokenized money market funds all remain open questions.
Ondo named no counterparties either. So far, no wealth platform has confirmed it will switch on the connection.
Meanwhile, the firm’s tokenized products still show steady size. USDY holds about $2.2 billion, while OUSG shows roughly $334 million on Ondo’s app as of September 14. Neither jumped on the news, according to DefiLlama.
Watch for the first live Fund/SERV ticket. That single step would turn connectivity into real order flow.
Also keep DTCC Fund/SERV separate from two other DTCC efforts. The July tokenized-stock demo and the October Tokenization Service launch run on different rails.
Ondo also flags the standard caveat. Membership does not guarantee compliance, and no regulator has approved any investment.
For now, Ondo holds both the license and the connection. The next test is simple. Tokenized funds must actually flow through DTCC Fund/SERV to reach mainstream investors.
