@IxsFinance So we're getting our balls diluted off... super....
We're moving to Robinhood Chain. To enable the next phase of IXS. For two years we've weighed where IXS should live to best suit future plans. This year, together with our partners, we chose Robinhood Chain: the chain Robinhood built for tokenized assets. Many of our biggest https://t.co/QFDGeZOmRs

@IxsFinance @z_0_0_00 So you are pocketing yourself 28% supply (minus initial LP) out of thin air? Well played

@IxsFinance Pulling three fragmented markets into one chain is the right call. The line holders will read twice is the 28% recapitalisation. Who controls it, and what's the unlock schedule? Publish that table and the migration sells itself. 👀

The IXS Robinhood Chain migration opened at 12:00 UTC on October 27. On the same day, the team also launched a $10 million Pre-IPO vault for institutional investors.
The old IXS token was spread across Ethereum, Base, and Polygon. Now the team is consolidating all of it onto Robinhood Chain, which carries chain ID 4663.
Holders bridge their existing IXS to the new chain and then call a migration function. According to IXS, that function atomically swaps 1 old token for 10 new ones in the same transaction.
Most holders bridge from Ethereum through the Arbitrum canonical bridge. Base and Polygon holders must first move their tokens back to Ethereum before they start.
The migration portal sits at robinhood.ixs.finance. The window runs until 23:59 UTC on December 21, and after that the old IXS on all three chains is retired.
There is no migration fee beyond gas. The team also warns users to ignore direct messages or links that point anywhere other than the official site.
IXS Current Deployment vs. Robinhood Chain — Why the Move
IXS, formerly IX Swap, builds tokenized real-world asset products. These include vaults for money market funds, private credit, bonds, and pre-IPO exposure.
Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 that Robinhood built for tokenized stocks and similar assets. It launched its mainnet on July 1, 2026, and it also supports DeFi tools and AI agents.
So IXS is planting its token where tokenized equity is being built. The company says it weighed its chain home for two years before deciding this year with its partners.
Julian Kwan, co-founder and CEO of IXS, framed the logic directly. “Moving to Robinhood Chain puts IXS where tokenized stocks are being built,” he said in the Access Newswire press release.
Kwan added that the firm wants public and private markets in one place. According to him, the $10 million Pre-IPO vault going live now is just the start.
Importantly, IXS states it is not affiliated with Robinhood. The partners said to be behind the decision are not named.
After two years of evaluating where its token should live, IXS chose Robinhood Chain as its new home for tokenized assets and RWA-focused growth. The October 27, 2026 announcement opened migration, with a hard deadline of December 21, 2026.
IXS says it spent two years weighing where its token should live to support its future plans. The precise start date of this internal evaluation was not publicly disclosed.
Robinhood unveils Robinhood Chain, built using Arbitrum technology and designed for tokenized real-world assets. The announcement accompanies the launch of tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs for European users, initially issued on Arbitrum One.
Robinhood Chain opens its public testnet around Consensus Hong Kong, allowing developers to test infrastructure ahead of mainnet. Reports later describe the testnet processing hundreds of millions of transactions.
Robinhood launches its Arbitrum Orbit Layer 2 mainnet, chain ID 4663, with tokenized stock infrastructure and integrations including Uniswap, Morpho lending through Robinhood Earn, Lighter perpetuals, and agentic features.
IXS begins publicly highlighting Robinhood Chain’s early metrics and its potential relevance to the project. Subsequent posts reference builder activity, hackathons, and alignment with real-world asset and agent infrastructure.
IXS announces that Robinhood Chain will become its new home after a two-year evaluation. The announcement opens the token migration and introduces a $10 million Pre-IPO vault.
Holders can migrate through robinhood.ixs.finance at a conversion ratio of 1 old IXS to 10 new IXS. The stated window runs from October 27 at 12:00 UTC until December 21 at 23:59 UTC.
After the deadline, IXS tokens on Ethereum, Base, and Polygon are scheduled for retirement. The new native IXS contract on Robinhood Chain is 0xDcD7FaCE6A1d0bDD0665Ea1B0842fc9CE797862b.
The migration resets the token’s economics. The new fixed supply is 2.5 billion IXS, and the team says there will be no further minting.
Existing holders receive 72% of that supply, or 1.8 billion tokens. The remaining 28% is split three ways.
Liquidity gets 8%, or 200 million tokens. Ecosystem partners also get 8%. Development takes 12%, or 300 million, locked and released quarterly over five years.
Meanwhile, the new Pre-IPO vault is meant to lift vault TVL from $91 million to $101 million on day one, according to IXS. The protocol also raised its vault fee burn rate from 20% to 25%.
The symbol stays IXS throughout. Because supply expands and the swap is 1:10, the per-token price will reset lower even though holders keep the same share.
The old IXS contract on Ethereum is 0x73d7c860998CA3c01Ce8c808F5577d94d545d1b4, with a 180 million supply. The new token on Robinhood Chain is listed as 0xDcD7FaCE6A1d0bDD0665Ea1B0842fc9CE797862b.
Around the announcement, IXS traded near $0.07 to $0.08 on CoinGecko. That put its market cap near $13 million, with modest daily volume.
Early liquidity is already visible on the new chain. A Robinhood Chain Uniswap pool showed roughly $494,000 in TVL in one snapshot, with IXS trading against ETH.
Still, the vault TVL claim needs a closer look. DefiLlama lists IXS protocol TVL near $97,000, which tracks DEX pools rather than the vaults IXS counts separately.
So the headline $91 million to $101 million figure comes from IXS and is not yet independently verified. Readers can check activity live on the Robinhood Chain explorer.
The clearest point of pushback is dilution. The 28% carved out for liquidity, partners, and development expands the supply beyond what current holders hold.
There is also no public acknowledgment from Robinhood. No major outlet, including CoinDesk or The Block, had covered the move at the time of writing.
Robinhood Chain itself carries known tradeoffs. Robinhood runs the sequencer, validators are permissioned, and its Stock Tokens are debt instruments without full shareholder rights.
Holders should also confirm the mechanics before acting. IXS documents the bridge-and-migrate flow, but a live check of contracts and balances is wise given how fresh the launch is.
None of this is financial advice. Token migrations carry execution risk, and a 10x unit count does not mean holders suddenly own more value.
The migration window stays open until December 21, so holders have time to act carefully. IXS says more products are planned, including AI-agent vaults and additional RWA vaults.
The real test is whether liquidity and users actually consolidate on the new chain. For now, the IXS Robinhood Chain migration is a bet that tokenized assets and agent activity keep moving toward Robinhood’s network.
