@Home3Suite This is big. No reason to use those outdated companies to search for real estate any more, and Home3 is linking the entire buy/sell or fractional ownership/investing process under the same roof… Leveraging AI. Can’t wait!

Home3 built its platform as a real estate search app that uses AI to surface listings. Earlier versions handled core search and listings but lacked the depth and experience offered by major platforms like Zillow and Redfin. Version 2.0 directly addresses those gaps.
Alongside the app, Home3 is building Prop3, a blockchain-based platform for fractional real estate ownership.
Prop3 will allow users to buy and sell shares of properties instead of entire homes. The system will use blockchain infrastructure to enable transparent ownership and liquidity. Both platforms will connect through the HTS token, which will support payments, rewards, and future utility across the ecosystem.
Home3 to launch version 2.0 as a full overhaul, not a minor update. Users will be able to type queries like “3-bedroom homes under $500K in Austin with a pool,” and the system will convert that into accurate filters instantly.
The app will also send alerts when new listings match saved searches or when a tracked property drops in price.
Mapping tools are getting a major upgrade. Users will draw custom areas directly on the map and explore listings through color-coded pricing overlays. The focus is simple. Reduce friction between intent and discovery.
Version 2.0 adds a deeper data layer across listings. Users will see climate risk scores, historical pricing, tax data, and market competitiveness metrics directly within each property.
The app will introduce an offer strength estimator, giving buyers a clearer sense of how competitive their bid might be before making an offer. Homeowners will get a dedicated dashboard showing property value trends, equity estimates, and local market conditions.
Home3 will also include a built-in down payment assistance finder that surfaces relevant programs based on location and income. Users will be able to group homes into collections and share them with family or agents.
Real estate search still feels fragmented for most users. Buyers rely on multiple tools, manual comparisons, and external advice to make decisions. Home3 is trying to bring everything into a single AI-driven interface.
The addition of deeper data gives everyday users access to insights that were previously limited to professionals. At the same time, Prop3 introduces a new layer. Fractional ownership could make real estate more accessible to a wider audience.
If the HTS token integrates effectively across both platforms, Home3 is not just improving search. It is building a connected system that links discovery, ownership, and financial access.
Home3 will roll out version 2.0 in April 2026 with all core features available at launch.
Voice AI is already in development and will allow users to interact with an AI realtor through real-time conversations. This feature will follow after the initial release.
The company will continue building Prop3, focusing on regulated fractional ownership and wallet-based participation. HTS token utility will expand gradually across both platforms as adoption grows.
