Ty Schenk is a tech entrepreneur and software engineer best known as the founder and CEO of Keeta, a Layer-1 blockchain platform focused on streamlining global, cross-border payments. With a background in backend engineering, he previously co-founded BrainBlocks, a crypto payment platform that aimed to make fee-free transactions possible using Nano. Schenk also held a software engineering role at Turo, a car-sharing marketplace, before launching Keeta in 2022.

Under his leadership, Keeta raised $17 million in funding from prominent investors, including former Google CEO Eric Schmidt. Schenk’s vision is to make global money transfers as fast and easy as apps like Venmo, while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability.
