TN Lee is the co-founder and CEO of Pendle Finance, a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol that enables users to tokenize and trade future yield on assets like stETH, USDT, and other yield-bearing tokens. Before founding Pendle in 2020, he served as Head of Business at Kyber Network, helping to expand its global presence.

At Pendle, TN Lee introduced a novel mechanism to split yield-bearing tokens into principal (PT) and yield (YT) components, enabling a liquid market for future yield. Under his leadership, Pendle’s Total Value Locked (TVL) surged past $3 billion in 2024, with a dominant share in stablecoin-based yield trading. Lee emphasizes the importance of sustainable yield, stablecoin integration, and surviving market cycles through strategic marketing and innovation.
