Raullen-Chai

Raullen Chai is the co-founder of IoTeX (IOTX), a blockchain platform focused on powering the Internet of Things (IoT) and machine economy. Before founding IoTeX in 2017, Chai worked at Google, Uber, and Oracle, where he specialized in cryptography, security, and large-scale distributed systems. He holds a Ph.D. in cryptography from the University of Waterloo and has published extensively in the fields of blockchain, cryptography, and privacy.

As CEO of IoTeX, Chai has led the development of decentralized infrastructure connecting real-world devices with blockchain, enabling secure data exchange and trusted machine-driven economies. His vision is to build a decentralized ecosystem where people and devices interact with guaranteed trust, privacy, and ownership.
