Paul Neuner is the founder and CEO of Telcoin, a blockchain-powered fintech company aiming to make remittances and financial services affordable and accessible via mobile networks. With a background in telecom fraud management (Mobius Wireless) and cybersecurity, he launched Telcoin in 2017 to bridge the gap between telecoms and decentralized finance.

Under his leadership, Telcoin has focused on regulatory compliance, including pursuing a U.S. charter as a Digital Asset Depository Institution (DADI). Neuner is known for advocating financial inclusion through mobile technology and regularly speaks at major fintech and blockchain events.
