Julian Kwan is the founder and CEO of IX Swap and co-founder of InvestaX, both platforms focused on tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) and security tokens. Based in Singapore, he is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across real estate, fintech, and blockchain sectors.
