Evin McMullen is the co-founder and CEO of Billions Network, a project focused on building decentralized identity infrastructure for the internet. She launched Billions Network to enable users to own, control, and verify their digital identities across applications without relying on centralized platforms, aiming to improve privacy, security, and interoperability in Web3.

McMullen has a background in blockchain, product strategy, and digital identity systems. Before Billions Network, she co-founded Disco, a Web3 identity protocol, and has been an active contributor to decentralized identity standards. Under her leadership, Billions Network focuses on scalable identity primitives that can support billions of users while preserving user sovereignty and composability across ecosystems.
