Emanuele-Francioni

Emanuele Francioni is the founder and technical lead of Dusk Network, a privacy-focused blockchain designed for regulated financial applications. With a background in engineering and over a decade of experience in R&D and software development, Francioni has led the creation of Dusk from the ground up, introducing innovations like confidential smart contracts and a custom Segregated Byzantine Agreement consensus. He holds multiple patents and has worked with firms like TomTom and Commerzbank.

In addition to leading Dusk, Francioni also serves as the non-executive CTO of the Dutch stock exchange NPEX, where he supports blockchain integration for traditional finance. His work bridges the gap between blockchain technology and real-world regulatory frameworks, particularly in Europe.
