Douglas Horn is the founding architect and whitepaper author of the Telos blockchain, launched in 2018 as a high-performance, fee-less, and community-governed network. He is also the CEO of GoodBlock, a key development company behind Telos, responsible for innovations like Telos EVM, T-Bond NFTs, dStor, and the Telos Decide governance engine. Horn has a background in the entertainment and gaming industry, having worked with Disney, Microsoft, and Pokémon. A strong advocate for decentralization, he continues to lead Telos’s evolution while emphasizing transparency and community-driven governance.
