Denis-Petrovcic

Denis Petrovcic is the co-founder and CEO of Blocksquare, a blockchain-based real estate tokenization platform founded around 2017–2018. With a background in architecture, he transitioned into blockchain after discovering Ethereum in 2016. Under his leadership, Blocksquare has enabled the tokenization of over $145 million in real estate across 28 countries. He also helped pioneer the first legally registered real estate token in Slovenia. Petrovcic is a board member of FIBREE and a leading advocate for using blockchain to make property investment more accessible, transparent, and liquid.
