Chris-Yin

Chris Yin is the co-founder and CEO of Plume Network, a modular Layer-2 blockchain focused on bringing real-world assets (RWAs) on-chain. With a background in enterprise software and venture capital, he previously held leadership roles at Coupa (which IPOed), Rainforest QA, and Scale Venture Partners.

In 2023, Yin co-founded Plume to enable crypto-native RWA finance (RWAfi) by making yield-bearing assets like T-bills, private credit, and royalties easily accessible and composable on-chain. He emphasizes building for users first—prioritizing community adoption over institutional hype—and envisions a future where RWAs are natively designed for DeFi, not just tokenized copies of traditional assets.
