Anishka Prasad is a Fijian-born lawyer and entrepreneur based in the UK, best known as the founder of RESOLV, a LawTech startup established in 2019. RESOLV provides a SaaS platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), enabling lawyers and mediators to conduct secure, remote mediation sessions with features like real-time transcription and session recording, streamlining workflows and reducing reliance on paper-based processes.
Before founding RESOLV, Prasad worked in commercial disputes and litigation, which inspired her to develop digital tools for the legal sector. She has also been active in promoting diversity and inclusion in entrepreneurship, supporting initiatives for underrepresented founders while growing RESOLV into an innovative solution in legal technology.
