Decentralized artificial intelligence platform SingularityNET, in collaboration with the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI), has launched AIRIS (Autonomous Intelligent Reinforcement Inferred Symbolism) within the popular game Minecraft. The AIRIS AI system, according to its developers, has been designed to independently evolve by interacting directly with its environment, advancing beyond traditional AI capabilities through dynamic, real-time learning.
Deployed in Minecraft, AIRIS navigates complex challenges, showcasing advanced adaptability, obstacle response, and environmental interaction in a 3D landscape. This AI evolution marks a milestone in creating AI that adapts seamlessly, which developers say will support future applications in fields such as robotics and smart home technology.
AIRIS continues to refine its interactive abilities, signaling a shift towards AI that operates fluidly alongside human activity, broadening the potential for AI applications across industries.
