Binance.US has re-enabled U.S. dollar deposits and withdrawals for the first time in nearly two years, following a suspension triggered by regulatory scrutiny.
USD Deposits and Withdrawals Resume
Starting February 19, 2025, Binance.US customers can once again deposit and withdraw U.S. dollars, link bank accounts, and trade crypto against USD pairs according to this blog post. The feature will roll out gradually to all eligible users over the coming days.

The platform halted fiat services in June 2023 after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sued Binance.US, alleging securities law violations. The lawsuit was part of a broader crackdown on Binance’s global operations, which resulted in former CEO Changpeng Zhao stepping down and the company paying billions in penalties.
A Step Toward Stability?
The return of fiat services suggests Binance.US is stabilizing operations after a prolonged period of uncertainty. However, regulatory risks remain, as the SEC’s case against the exchange is still ongoing.
